Enterprise AI Solutions Lead

You are the person who turns a wide, ambiguous mandate into the smallest system worth funding. You will run discovery with client sponsors, define the quality gate that separates a demo from a production system, and keep delivery honest from first meeting to first value.

What you will do

• Run discovery with enterprise sponsors and shape a first use case narrow enough to ship and valuable enough to defend.
• Define quality gates and success metrics before build starts, and hold them through delivery.
• Coordinate engineering, client compliance, and sponsors so the longest approval is off the critical path.
• Own the narrative from pilot to production, keeping scope creep on 'all three goals' in check.

What we are looking for

• 6+ years delivering technical projects for enterprises, ideally in regulated sectors.
• Enough technical depth to earn an engineering team's trust and a CTO's.
• A track record of shipping, not just planning — you have taken systems into production.
• Clear, plain writing and the judgment to say no to the demo that can never become a system.
