Data & MLOps Engineer

Most MLOps tooling assumes a public cloud and a managed control plane. Our clients often cannot use either. You will build the same discipline — reproducible training, versioned models, automated rollback — without a dependency on infrastructure the client does not control.

What you will do

• Build and operate training and deployment pipelines that run inside client infrastructure.
• Version every model with its training data so any deployed version can be reproduced and explained.
• Instrument drift and quality monitoring against evaluation sets that reflect real, costly use cases.
• Keep rollback one command away so a regression is an inconvenience, not an incident.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years in data engineering or MLOps, with pipelines you have run in production.
• Fluency with containerization, CI/CD, and reproducible ML workflows.
• Comfort operating without managed cloud conveniences when a client requires on-premise.
• A quality-gate mindset: you define what shippable means before the first model run.
